Matte Lamination:
The matte lamination can protect the printing ink from scratching and make the finished surface of paper packaging box and bag feel like a soft "satin" finish that is really smooth to the touch. The matte lamination looks matte and not shiny. The matte lamination gives the packaging more rigidity, making it not only durable but also making the surfaces water proof as well.

Soft touch matte film lamination:
The soft touch matte film are exclusively and widely used for the luxury paper box, rigid box, cosmetic box and gift box. The soft touch film is made from BOPP(Bioriented Polypropylene film), which is a special kind of plastic film to achieve the soft touch effect. The soft touch matte surface presents a pleasant and intense velvety effect very similar to the peach skin. It is an exceptional product for luxury packaging in search of a touch distinction. The soft touch film is printable, glue-able and stampable. The soft touch matte film can add a strong velvet effect and luxury feel to cosmetic boxes and rigid packaging boxes. The soft touch film is anti-scuff, anti-scratch, so it can protect the matte black boxes from scratch problems.
Matte Varnishing:
The matte varnishing is a non glossy, smooth surface finishing on the box. It can protect the printed box from rubbing out the printing ink when the printed box is subjected to rough handling. The varnishing can also make the printing ink dry faster. But it is not water proof like the glossy and matte lamination.
Glossy Varnishing:
The glossy varnishing looks glossy and shiny. Under the sunshine, the surface of the box will reflects light directly. So, a glossy varnished printed box usually has the very vivid colors.
All-over UV Varnishing:
The UV varnishing also called the UV coating. The UV varnishing is a process for achieving a thicker and even more striking type of coating on the printed box surface. The printed color appears noticeable richer and vibrant with the UV varnishing. Because of the ultra-violet drying system, the printing ink will dry much faster.
Spot UV Varnishing:
With the spot UV varnishing, the UV inks are only applied to the specific are of the printing surface to highlight specific logos or images, particularly the logo. The spot Uv on the brand logo is widely used for the luxury paper bags, gift paper box and cosmetic packaging boxes to promoto your brand.
AQ coating:
The AQ coating means aqueous coating, which were developed in the late 1970s. Aqueous is water-based with the water at the percentage of 30-40%. It is an environmental friendly coating, because it doesn't cause the VOC emissions as varnishing does. It is yellowing-resistant, which means the printing colors of the box will stay vivid and brilliant even after years. It provides a high-gloss or matte surface that deters dirt and fingerprints. The down side of the AQ coating is that it often costs twice as much as varnish.
Embossing & Debossing:
To add embossing or debossing finishing on the cosmetic rigid paper box and custom paper bags is a good way to decorate your packaging paper box and have a strong visual impact. In the embossing or debossing process, the paper material is fit between the two dies. A press and heat will work together to squeeze the die imprint into the paper material. The result is that a raised and exact copy of the logo or artwork will show up. The embossed or debossed area will be smooth because of the smooth die surface.
Gold foil stamping & silver foil stamping:
The gold foil stamping and silver foil stamping is a prestigious metallic finishing to the cosmetic packaging box and paper gift bags, giving a luxury quality feel. The gold hot foil and silver hot stamping is widely used in cosmetic boxes, gift boxes, rigid set up boxes and luxury paper bags. Gold foil or silver foil hot stamping can make the brand logo standing out. Also, foil stamping can be combined with embossing to create a more striking 3D image. In the foil stamping process, the die or the sculpted metal plate comes in contact with the foil paper and transfers a thin layer of the foil film onto the intended paperboard. As the metal plate is heated, the foil will stick to the surface of the paperboard and in required areas with desired effect.

1. Metallic foil paper has a metal like sheen and gives a shiny and shimmering look to the foil stamped paper box. Such foil paper is available in different metal shades such as gold(matte gold and bright gold), silver(matte silver and bright silver), bronze, copper and other metallic colors. Metallic foil paper has other colors like metal green, metal blue, metal red, metal pink and so on.
2. Gloss/Matte pigment foil paper gives the printed gift box a painted look and a very high glossy/matte finishing withou the metallic look. This foil paper is available in various colors.
3. Holographic foil paper can make the multidimensional image photographically with the use of lasers and special optics, which is called a hologram. A hologram design can make the custom paper boxes and paper bags a very special, moving effect.
Glue Glitter
